EmpowerHer with DigitalBridge is an innovative program designed to equip young girls in Haiti with essential digital skills and leadership capabilities. Through a blend of hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experiences, participants are empowered to become leaders and changemakers within their communities. The program offers a variety of workshops, shadowing opportunities, and civic engagement activities that foster personal and professional growth, preparing these young women to navigate the digital world and lead confidently in their respective fields.
Our vision is to create a generation of empowered, digitally proficient young women who can confidently lead and inspire positive change in their communities and beyond. We aim to break down barriers to education and leadership for girls in Haiti, ensuring that they have the tools and opportunities to achieve their full potential.

Who canparticipate in the program?
The program is open to young girls residing in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, aged 15 to 21.
Participants must be available for both in-person and online activities, have access to an
electronic device with internet connectivity, and be committed to engaging in all phases
of the program.
How can I register for the program?
To register, please fill out the registration form available on our website. You will also
need to submit a motivation letter explaining why you are interested in this program and
how it can contribute to your personal and professional development.
What are the key program dates?
The program will start on September 15 and run until the closing ceremony on October
12. The workshops, training, and shadowing days will take place between these dates.
What are the costs associated with participating in the program?
Participation in the program is entirely free. FanmIn covers all transportation and meal
costs during the in-person training days.
What will I learn during the program?
You will develop leadership skills, learn to use digital tools, enhance personal
development, and much more. You will also have the opportunity to participate in
company shadowing days, where you can observe and learn directly in the field.

EmpowerHer with DigitalBridge will equip you with practical skills and essential
knowledge that will benefit your educational and professional journey. The program aims
to boost your confidence, expand your professional network, and prepare you to become
a leader in your community.
